In previous years, the top three finishers in each category were identified immediately after crossing the finish line and escorted to the awards ceremony. However, with the steadily increasing number of participants, it became increasingly difficult to identify the podium finishers straight away.
Therefore, a new procedure now applies: the fastest runners are responsible for making their own way to the awards ceremony after crossing the finish line. The awards ceremony will now take place at the far end of the Market Square.
To make this easier, two monitors will be installed near the podium in the finish area, continuously displaying the top three finishers in each category. In addition, the announcer will call out the names of the top three finishers so that everyone is reliably informed.
The awards ceremony will take place approximately ten minutes after the winner of each category has crossed the finish line. The exact ceremony times for each category can be found on our website in the detailed view of your race under the "Awards Ceremony" tab.
Net time applies in all categories. Prizes will not be sent by mail.
