In previous years, the top three runners of each category were identified at the finish line and escorted to the award ceremony. With the increasing number of participants, it has become more challenging to reliably determine the podium positions immediately.
For this year, a new procedure applies: The fastest runners should proceed to the award ceremony on their own right after crossing the finish line. New this year: the award ceremony will take place at the far end of the marketplace.
To support this, two screens will be placed near the podium in the finish area, displaying the top three runners per category in real time. In addition, the event speaker will announce the top three by name, ensuring everyone is well informed.
The award ceremony will take place approx. ten minutes after the first finisher of each category. You can find the exact times on our website in the detailed view of your race under the “Award Ceremony” tab.
The net time applies in all categories. Prizes will not be sent by mail.
